If you are thinking about having an arm lift surgery I strongly recommend that you reassess your decision. The biggest issue with having an arm lift is that not only would you feel extremely unhealthy but you would also have to spend a lot of money. You see, an arm lift does not come with any type of guarantee and it does not guarantee that the arm fat will not come back. A much better approach is to focus on the amount of fat and carbohydrates in your diet so you can amplify the amount of fat loss you will have.

Now as a starting point I am going to recommend that you stop eating a lot of fatty foods and that you stop eating a lot of fast digesting carbohydrates. The biggest issue with eating a lot of fatty foods is that they have a very large amount of calories. Remember that a gram of fat has twice amount of calories in comparison to a gram of protein or carbohydrates. So it is in your best interest to reduce the amount of fatty food you eat so you can reduce your overall caloric intake. And remember that if you are not in a caloric deficit it is going to be impossible for you to get results very quickly. Now in addition to focusing on the types of fats you are eating you also have to focus on the types of carbohydrates.

Now the best carbohydrates you can eat will be high in fiber and low in sugar. Because of this, I strongly recommend that you focus on eating beans and legumes because they have a lot of resistant starch. This means that they have so much fiber that your body cannot digest them very quickly. And if you cannot digest your carbohydrates very quickly you are going to be able to lose arm fat at a much faster rate. Remember that slower digesting carbohydrates increase your levels of glucagon which in turn is going to allow you to burn off more body fat at a faster rate.
